What a chain ID is
A chain ID is the EIP-155 network identifier that a signed Ethereum-format transaction is bound to. If you sign a transaction with chain ID 4663 and broadcast it to a node serving a different chain, that node rejects it. This is a safety feature, not a bug, and it is why a wallet on the wrong network cannot silently drain your funds onto another chain.

Three cross-checks: (1) open your wallet's network settings and read the chain ID field — the wallet will refuse to sign if this does not match what the RPC returns; (2) send an eth_chainId JSON-RPC request to https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com and confirm it returns 0x1237 (hex for 4663); (3) open https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com and confirm the explorer identifies the network as Robinhood Chain mainnet.
